Delete your RedFlags Dating App: Unhinged account

Delete it in the app

Open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account, then confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

No access to the app?

Email support@unhingedredflags.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, birthday, bio, prompts, red flags and preferences
• Your photos, including the photo files in our photo storage
• Your likes and passes, matches, conversations and messages (those chats also disappear for the other person)
• Your blocks, verification selfies, notification addresses and red flag suggestions
• AI Decoder results and AI usage counts linked to your account

What we keep

• Safety reports made by or about your account, including the copy of the reported chat attached to a report, so that people reported for abuse cannot erase those reports by deleting their account
• If an account was suspended for breaking our rules, a coded (hashed) form of its phone number, so it cannot be used to sign up again. The number itself is not kept
• Records of plans bought on the web app (plan, amount, date and payment reference), for as long as tax law requires, generally 5 years in Kenya. We never have your card number or M-Pesa PIN
• Security logs for a limited period

Google Play keeps its own records of purchases made in the Android app. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription: cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Web passes don’t renew; any time left on one ends when the account is deleted.
